ONDA is the marketplace where bodyboard photographers sell action shots to the bodyboarders in them. You upload a session, tagged by spot and shooting date. Bodyboarders search that spot and that day, find themselves and buy. No chasing people on the beach, no sending previews by message.
ONDA takes 0% commission: you set the price, you keep it*. Buyers add a small service fee on top, which is how ONDA stays free for photographers. Most other sports photo marketplaces keep 15% or more of every sale.
Start Selling Bodyboard Photos* Card or PayPal processing fees apply, the same as on any payment you take yourself.
These spots already have bodyboard sessions for sale. Shoot at one of them and your photos join an album bodyboarders are already searching.
Your spot is not listed? Add it when you upload your first session — any bodyboard spot in the world can be on ONDA.
Were you on the water? Browse bodyboard sessions by spot and date and find your shots.
Browse Bodyboard PhotosCreate an account, then complete onboarding — connecting the account that gets paid is one of the steps, so payouts are ready before your first sale. That account is Stripe in most countries, or your own PayPal where Stripe cannot operate. Once onboarding is done, upload your session: photos are organized by spot and shooting date, so bodyboarders who know where and when they were on the water can find themselves.
No. They find their wave, tap buy, pay by card or PayPal, and download. No signup, no password.
Straight to you. Where Stripe operates, every sale lands in your own bank account automatically. Everywhere else, buyers pay your own PayPal account directly, so there is nothing to wait for from ONDA. You connect whichever applies to you once, during onboarding.
Yes. Preview images carry dynamic watermarks designed to resist automated removal, with strict, standard and loose presets you choose in your account settings. Full-resolution files are only released after purchase.
Yes. Set a price per photo, a fixed price for the whole album, or both, so buyers can grab everything from a session at once instead of paying per photo.
Nothing. ONDA takes 0% commission: you set the price, you keep it. Buyers add a small service fee on top, which is how ONDA stays free for photographers — 15% of the order, capped at about €1.50, charged once however many photos they buy. Where Stripe operates, that service fee is collected at checkout: on a €10.00 photo the buyer pays €11.50, the card fee is €0.42 — the same as on any card payment you take yourself — and €9.58 lands in your account. On the PayPal route, that service fee arrives with your sale and we settle it with you in one simple monthly statement.
Surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, stand up paddle (SUP) and foiling. Sessions are tagged by sport as well as spot and date, so a kitesurfer does not have to scroll through surf galleries.
Yes. ONDA supports multiple currencies, so you can price sessions in the local currency wherever you are shooting — useful if you follow a season between hemispheres or shoot in more than one market.
